The more detail the better. Useful things to include: your shoot dates and whether they’re locked, the location or locations, the format (documentary, factual, commercial, corporate), and whether you need location sound, aerial drone, or both. If it’s a drone job, the take-off site matters — some Perth locations need a land manager permit with up to 30 days’ notice, which the WA drone permissions guide sets out. Interstate and overseas productions are welcome; briefing by video call is normal.
